How long is shipping?
Shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days not including processing times.
I am currently outside the U.S., do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We can arrange shipping through international couriers like FedEx or DHL.
What are the modes of payment?
We accept most major credit cards.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link after we shipped out your order. You can use the link to track your order.
What if I am having problems placing an order online?

How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?
Once an order has been submitted online and is in process we are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.

How are your products produced?
We are a cruelty-free skincare producer. We do not perform nor do we ever commission any third parties on our behalf to perform, animal testing on our products or ingredients except when required by law.
How do I store the products after purchasing?
To keep your product fresh, please keep products away from direct sunlight.
For tubs and cream jars, contents may have moved during transit. To prevent spilling during opening, hold the product upright, with your palm facing up, tap the bottom five times.
